I was thinking of more along the lines of a PG 13 version.
Wouldn’t the contaminated pool water (from victum#3) be less potent then the real stuff? The kid in the sweatsuit didn’t grow as big after just a taste so wouldn’t same hold true for all the males (Senior Citizen Day) at the YMCA? It would take several more minutes and they would only grow more muscular than normal and possibly a few years younger. It could be the Fountain of Virility. But by no means would they grow to the “Titans” size.
